This white wine is a favourite of many most commonly found on the tables of restaurants in the Southwest!
Grapes are destemmed during the mechanical harvest. The transport of grapes in airtight tanks protects against oxidation. Skin-contact maceration for 8 to 12 hours in temperature-controlled pneumatic presses, cool and slow fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wines’ freshness is preserved by cold storage in temperature-controlled tanks at -2°C. Suitable for vegans.
